Membership Policies
City Escape Spa Memberships are discounted monthly pre-paid services.
You choose for your payment to come out on the 1st or 15th of every month.
Nail Club Memberships require a 3 month (90 day) commitment
Acrylic & Spa Club Memberships require a 6 month (180 day) commitment
Membership services are only valid for the person who signed up for the membership.
You have from the 1st day of your payment to the day before your next payment to redeem your services.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Any unused services do not roll over to the next month
All other policies or procedures of City Escape Spa apply.
Membership Cancellation Policies
Cancellation forms can only be filled out in person and authorized by a manager
Authorization will remain in effect until you submit a signed cancellation form. Once the cancellation request has been submitted, your membership will continue until the end of the current month.
You will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one month's membership.
If you cancel during your initial term, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the remaining months of the initial term.
Declined transactions will result in membership cancellation if payment is not rendered.
