Policies and procedures are subject to change at anytime without notice. By making/keeping an appointment, you are agreeing to all the polices and procedures listed below to include any charges to your card on file, if any of the polices or procedures are violated.

No Children or Minors

Due to liability and insurance, we service individuals 18 years of age and above only. NO children or minors are allowed in the suite at any time!

Card On File

A debit or credit card is required to hold all appointments. Cards will not be charged unless any of the policies are violated.

Cancellation/Reschedule

You must provide a 24hr notice or more. If you reschedule with less then 24hrs notice you will be subject to a $15 fee. If you cancel the day of the appointment you will be subject to a No Show Fee. Permanent Makeup services require a 48hr notice or more.

Deposit Required

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for any Permanent Makeup or Tattoo Removal Service. You can transfer your deposit one (1) time without penalty with proper cancellation or reschedule notice.

No Show

If you No Show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you no-show a second time you will not be allowed to rebook. For members, if you no-show a second time, you will be unable to use your membership benefits for that month.

Late Arrival

You will be charged a $15 late fee if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment.

Late Arrivals for All Waxing, Nail Repair & Consultation Services

You will be charged a $15 late fee if you are 5 minutes late to any waxing, nail repair or consultation service. These services are typically 30mins or less.

Tipping

While we understand tipping is a choice, if you would like to leave a tip for your service, we prefer a cash tip We appreciate your understanding.

Masks Required

For your safety and ours, you are required to wear a mask for your appointment. No mask means no service. All employees will also be required to wear a mask.

Wash Your Hands

You will be required to wash your hands for 20 seconds (timed) before your service begins. Employees performing services will be required to wash or sanitize their hands before wearing gloves for the entire service.

No Cell Phones

Once your service begins and your hands have been washed and sanitized please refrain from using or touching your cell phones. You will be asked to leave if you disregard this policy.

No Bags or Backpacks

We ask that you do not bring in any purses, bags or backpacks with you. You will be asked to leave any bags in the car. For your convenience your debit or credit card is stored on your profile for easy contact-less payment.

Sick Policy

If you are experiencing a fever, cough or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19 we ask that you please reschedule for 10 days past the date of contact. If you have traveled outside of the state (plane or car) or been to any state designated hot spots please reschedule.

Travel/Holiday Policy

If you are traveling outside of the state or to any state designated hot spots (Miami/Dade County) you are required to wait 10 days or get a negative Covid test before making an appointment with us. We want to have a safe holiday season to be able to continue to provide everyone with services. Thank you for your understanding

 

Procedures

Nail Services

We will only work on healthy, non-damaged nails. This is the best way for us to ensure you receive quality services during your appointment. If your nails are damaged, or unhealthy to work on, you will be required to schedule a future appointment and if applicable a doctors note will be needed to clear you to receive services.
Guarantee- If a break, chip or smudge happens within 3 days of your appointment we will fix or repair it for free. You must book a repair service within those 3 days. If we are unavailable due to travel, illness, or classes etc. during my work schedule, We will fix or repair it on the next available day.

Skin Care Services

Please arrive 10-15mins earlier than your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the consultation forms. If you do not arrive early, the time will be taken out from your appointment time. (i.e. if your appointment is at 11am, arrive by 10:45am. If you arrive at 11 and it takes you 15mins. to fill out your consultation forms, your 60min. appointment is now a 45min. appointment.)

Massage Services

Please arrive 10-15mins earlier than your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the consultation forms. If you do not arrive early, the time will be taken out from your appointment time. In the spa industry, a one hour massage is a clinical session which consists of approximately Fifty (50) minutes of hands on bodywork. This session includes undress, consultation, bodywork and re-dress. If you do not confer with the therapist prior to the session, the therapist cannot address your specific issues, nor can they customize the session to fit your specific needs.

Waxing Services

Hair growth only needs to be 1/4-1/2 inch for body hair and 1/8 inch for eyebrows. Most people will achieve 1/4-1/2 inch hair growth in as little as 2-3 weeks after their last shave. Please make sure you have showered and are dry before your wax appointment. Wax will not stick to oily, or sweating skin. If you are on your menstruation cycle please reschedule your appointment or another day.
Guarantee- If there are any missed sections or patches of hair within 3 days of your appointment, we will provide a free touch up. You must book a touch up service and come within the 3 days. This is not a complete wax, but only touching up small section(s). Please note if your hair is too short the wax will not pick up any hairs and we will be unable to wax you.

Permanent Makeup Services

All Permanent Makeup services require a consultation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is also required to book a full service. Permanent Makeup and Tattoo Removal services require a at least a 48 hour cancellation or reschedule notice. Deposits for appointments can be moved one (1) time without penalty with proper cancellation or reschedule notice. Touch up services must be scheduled 4-6 weeks after initial service. If you do not schedule or miss your follow up appointment, you forfeit your "included" touch up service and will have to book for a paid touch up service. There are no guarantees in the retention of the permanent makeup as retention can vary based on skin type, aftercare, medication, lifestyle, etc.
