Policies
Policies and procedures are subject to change at anytime without notice. By making/keeping an appointment, you are agreeing to all the polices and procedures listed below to include any charges to your card on file, if any of the polices or procedures are not honored.
Card on File
A debit or credit card is required to hold all appointments. Cards will not be charged unless any of the policies are not honored.
Cancellation/Reschedule
We require a 24hr notice or more to cancel. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24hrs notice you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. Cancellations can be done through the online booking site using your registered email.
No Children or Minors
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and employees, we provide services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Children and minors are not permitted in the spa at any time.
No Show
You are considered a No Show 15mins past your appointment time without any communication from you. You will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you no-show a second time you will not be allowed to re-book. For members, if you no-show, your membership service will be redeemed as payment.
Deposit Required
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for any appointments booked online or that are $200 or more. You can transfer your deposit one (1) time without penalty with proper cancellation or reschedule notice.
Tipping
While we understand tipping is a choice, if you would like to leave a tip for your service you can pay with a card using our Tippy App (there is a small convenience fee you pay) or with cash. Tips are not expected but always appreciated. We appreciate your understanding.
Late Arrival
Our policy allows for a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. This period is measured from the scheduled start time of your service. If the commencement of your service is delayed by more than 10 minutes, a late fee of $15 will be applied to your appointment. Should your arrival exceed 15 minutes past the scheduled time, we may need to adjust or cancel your services.
Sick Policy
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled outside of the state or country, if you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19 we ask that you please reschedule for 5 days past the date of contact.
Late Arrivals for All Waxing, Nail Repair & Consultation Services
Our policy allows for a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. This period is measured from the scheduled start time of your service. If the commencement of your service is delayed by more than 5 minutes, a late fee of $15 will be applied to appointments for waxing, nail repair, or consultation services. Please note that these services typically last 30 minutes or less.
Scent Policy
For the comfort of our valued guests and employees, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing strongly scented perfumes or colognes, as well as from carrying any lingering cigarette or smoke smells upon arrival at our spa. Should such odors be detected and deemed overpowering, we reserve the right to kindly request a rescheduling of your appointment. Your cooperation in maintaining a serene and pleasant environment for all is greatly appreciated.
No Cell Phones
For all services except pedicures, once your service begins and your hands have been washed and sanitized, please refrain from using or touching your cell phone. Additionally, we kindly request that you do not talk on your phone to ensure a relaxing environment for other guests.
Nail Art
Available upon advanced request. You can submit nail art requests by texting 407-403-9549. Nail Designs booked online are only "requests". If you are going to prebook Nail Designs it is recommended that you send the design the same day that you book. Nail Designs must be sent no later than 48hrs in advance prior to an appointment for approval and a quote. If you do not send a photo of your nail inspiration there are no guarantees that nail art will be able to be added to your appointment. We do not offer full sets of French.
Right of Refusal
We maintain the authority to decline service to any client at our discretion, regardless of the reason. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or revoke any membership. Failure to comply with our policies and procedures, or any misuse, may result in the denial of service or the revocation of membership privileges.
Procedures
Nail Services
We will only work on healthy, non-damaged nails. This is the best way for us to ensure you receive quality services during your appointment. If your nails are damaged, or unhealthy to work on, you will be required to schedule a future appointment and if applicable a doctors note will be needed to clear you to receive services.
Guarantee- If a break, chip or smudge happens within 3 days of your appointment we will fix or repair it for free. You must book a repair service within those 3 days. If we are unavailable due to travel, illness, or classes etc. during work schedule, We will fix or repair it on the next available day.
Skin Care Services
For your first appointment please arrive 10-15mins earlier than your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the consultation forms. If you do not arrive early, the time will be taken out from your service time. (i.e. if your appointment is at 11am, arrive by 10:45am. If you arrive at 11 and it takes you 15mins. to fill out your consultation forms, your 60min. appointment is now a 45min. appointment.)
Massage Services
For your first visit please arrive 10-15mins earlier than your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the consultation forms. If you do not arrive early, the time will be taken out from your appointment time. In the spa industry, a one hour massage is a clinical session which consists of approximately Fifty (50) minutes of hands on bodywork. This session includes undress, consultation, bodywork and re-dress. If you do not confer with the therapist prior to the session, the therapist cannot address your specific issues, nor can they customize the session to fit your specific needs.
Waxing Services
Hair growth only needs to be 1/4-1/2 inch for body hair and 1/8 inch for eyebrows. Most people will achieve 1/4-1/2 inch hair growth in as little as 2-3 weeks after their last shave. Please make sure you have showered and are dry before your wax appointment. Wax will not stick to oily, or sweating skin. We do not wax intimate areas if you are currently on your menstrual cycle, please reschedule your appointment for another day.
Guarantee- If there are any missed sections or patches of hair within 3 days of your appointment, we will provide a free touch up. You must book a touch up service and come within the 3 days. This is not a complete wax, but only touching up small section(s). Please note if your hair is too short the wax will not pick up any hairs and we will be unable to wax you.
